Angie Kordella

David Taylor
Founder & Maker
David is a designer and maker whose work sits at the point where construction, design and practical problem-solving meet.
After spending a decade in the construction industry, he went on to study photography and later completed a master’s degree in Design. Based in London, he ran a small creative practice, working with entrepreneurs and brands while renovating and developing homes across the city.
Most recently, he designed and built a luxury eco-retreat in Navarino Bay, Greece (eftopia.com), combining high-spec design with sustainable systems.
With second source, David brings that same level of care, craft and design-led thinking to homes and gardens across Berkshire.
Angie is a creative director and designer whose work spans across visual and experiential design as well as property development.
After completing two art and design degrees at London’s prestigious University of the Arts London, she built a multidisciplinary career working with Emmy award–winning film producers and global industry brands — leading creative direction, licensing design, point-of-sale concepts and marketing across a wide range of projects. Alongside this, she has consulted across multiple creative mediums while renovating and refining homes throughout London.
Most recently, she co-designed and developed a luxury eco-retreat in Navarino Bay, Greece (eftopia.com), bringing together high-spec design, warm materiality and a strong sense of place.
With second source, Angie brings her eye for detail, her design-led approach and her understanding of how people live in a space — helping create homes and gardens that feel calm, functional and beautifully resolved.
