How do I book a job?
Just send a message or email with a short description of the work. If needed, We will arrange a quick visit to confirm the details and the time required. You can also call us if preferred.

Who buys the main materials?
Clients supply all major and aesthetic materials such as paint (brand/colour/finish), tiles, hardware, shelves, fittings, and visible timber. I'm happy to advise on what works best.
Do you supply any materials?
Yes. I supply all technical materials and consumables required to complete the job correctly — including caulk, silicone, fillers, fixings, adhesives, sanding pads, blades and small hardware.
How are consumables charged?
These items are billed at cost at the end of the job. They ensure the correct materials are used and help keep the workflow smooth.

Do you dispose of waste?
We don’t offer waste disposal, as council sites charge trades and this takes time away from your project.
For larger jobs, We can arrange a skip or specialist waste service, billed directly to you.
For day-to-day work, We tidy all packaging, debris and offcuts into a place of your choice so you can easily dispose of them with household recycling or general waste. I always leave the workspace clean and orderly.
Do you protect floors and furniture?
Yes. We use dust sheets, floor protection and careful working methods to keep your home clean and safe.
Do you clean up after the job?
Always. The area is left clean, tidy and ready to use.

Do you need parking?
Yes. We need a safe place to park near your home so we can unload tools and work efficiently. If parking is restricted, please ensure a visitor’s permit is arranged in advance, or let me know where I can park legally.
Who covers parking costs?
All parking costs related to the job (pay-and-display, on-street charges, permits, or controlled zone fees) are the client’s responsibility. This avoids unexpected charges and ensures the job can run smoothly.
If you have a resident or visitor permit available, please let me know — this is often the simplest solution.
